25.04.2025 – 11.05.2025

Important note:
Reservations are only possible from 31.03.25 "for collection" at the festival office, in the festival tent on site. No shipping.
Pick-up times are from Tue. 22.04.25 from 08:00 to 12:00 and from 13:00 to 17:00 and from the start of the festival at the regular tent opening times.

Reservation times

You can reserve tables for the following times:

  • Lunch reservation
    11:00 - 16:00 Middle aisle
    11:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Fringe boxing
  • Evening reservation
    17:00 - 22:30 Middle aisle
    18:00 - 22:30 Edge boxing

Token / minimum purchase / hospitality invoice

  • The minimum purchase per table is 60 tokens of 12 euros each.
    (total table price 720,00 Euro) - space requirement per table is up to 10 persons

  • Processing fee per table is 15,00 Euro

  • The stamps will be shipped exclusively. The actual shipping costs depend on the order value. The costs are calculated according to the insured value of the parcel and whether it is sent nationally or internationally. Parcels are sent by courier and are only delivered personally against a signature or left with a neighbor against a signature.

  • Schöniger's gourmet board in advance
    Real delicacies to get you in the mood and the finest delicacies - (price per table € 94.50) are already waiting for you on arrival. (bookable already in the online reservation system)

  • The tokens are charged at 12 euros for all food and drinks that we offer on our food and drinks menu. The tokens are not valid at the bar or for souvenir items.

  • Self-service is not permitted in the reservation area.
    The prices you see on our menu include service charge. This is not to be confused with a tip, which every waiter is of course happy to receive.
    No VAT is charged when the stamps are invoiced, as they are multi-purpose stamps.

  • The tokens are valid for the entire period of the Spring Festival in the same year, not just on the day on which you have your reservation. The other festivals on which the tokens are valid can be found on the back of the token. The stamps are not valid at the Munich Oktoberfest.

  • If you require a catering bill, please inform the service staff before you start ordering. The invoice will be prepared at the end of your reservation and presented to you. Your payment confirms that it is correct. Subsequent complaints are no longer traceable and are therefore excluded. Later receipts can no longer be issued for the day of service. 

Advance sale of stamps without reservation

If you would like to purchase tokens WITHOUT a table reservation, you can also do this via the reservation portal. The program will guide you through the menu.

Payment methods

You can pay for your online reservations within 7 banking days by IBAN/debit or credit card.

Cancellation

Cancellations are only permitted in writing. Cancellations can also only be made in writing. In the event of cancellation by 01.04.2025 of the respective year, payments made by you for the tokens minus 10 % cancellation fee less the processing fee and shipping costs will be refunded after you have returned the tokens and admission wristbands to us (if already handed over).

After 01.04.2025, the cancellation fees amount to 20 %.

If the Munich Spring Festival is completely canceled, the fee already paid for the tokens will be refunded. The reservation fee and shipping fee will be retained for processing reasons. Further claims against H. u. P. Schöniger GmbH are excluded in this case.

How many people can sit at the table in the center aisle or in a box?
The tables in the central aisle and in the pit area always offer space for a maximum of 10 people.
Can I make a reservation for fewer than 10 people?
Unfortunately, we can only reserve whole tables, with a maximum of 10 people per table.

What does a reservation cost?
A table with space for a maximum of 10 people costs 720.00 euros. This is calculated from 60 tokens for 12.00 euros each. We also charge a processing fee for the reservation of 15.00 euros per table. You are also welcome to order our popular Schöniger's gourmet board in advance for 94.50 euros. (You can book this in the online reservation system).
How do I pay for my reservation?
As soon as you have reserved online, you will receive a request for payment. You can settle the amount by IBAN/debit/credit card within 7 banking days. You will then receive a regular receipt with VAT shown and a binding confirmation of your reservation.
At what times can I make a reservation?

Reservations can be made for lunch and dinner. Reservations can be made at the following times:

  • Middle aisle from 11:00 to 16:00 and from 17:00 to 22:30
  • Pit area from 11:00 am to 5:00 pm and from 6:00 pm to 10:30 pm
How long will my reservation be held?

Please arrive punctually at the reservation time. The reserved seats will be maximum 15 minutes after the reserved time. After this time, you are no longer entitled to your reservation. If you still need to collect tokens from the festival office, please bear in mind that there may be peak times. You should therefore plan a Lead time of 1 hour until your reservation time.

As soon as you leave your reserved seat, please contact the service staff. No seats will be kept free for a longer period of time.

What do I get for the stamps?

The tokens are charged with all food and drinks that you can take from our menu (free choice). The tokens are not offset with souvenir articles, as well as at the marquee bar.

Is the service charge or tip already included in the tokens?

The prices you can see on our menu include service charge. The service staff will tell you the amount you have to pay and you can settle this with the tokens.

You determine the tip yourself and can settle it in CASH with your waitress.

How do I pay if I want to consume more than I have tokens?

You are welcome to settle the additional consumption in cash with the service staff. Company meals can also be settled by EC card. We do not accept credit cards. There is an ATM at the festival office in the festival tent, where you can also withdraw cash.

Can the stamps also be sent to me?

We send the vouchers within Germany for a flat-rate shipping fee of 10.00 euros and throughout Europe for a flat-rate shipping fee of 20.00 euros. You can click on the shipping option while processing your reservation in the reservation portal. The billing address is the same as the shipping address.

However, if the billing address differs from the shipping address, please let us know in the reservation system in the Message field "Is there anything else we need to consider" with.

Where and when can I collect the stamps?

Stamps can be collected at the following times:
From Tue. 22.04.2025 to 25.04.25 from 09:00 to 12:00 and from 13:00 to 17:00 directly on the Theresienwiese in the marquee.

From Fri. 26.04.2025 please note the usual opening hours of the Festhalle Bayernland -> from 11:00 am to 10:30 pm.

For collection on the day of booking, you must 1 hour before the start of the reservation have collected your vouchers and admission wristbands from the festival office in the marquee. This means that you can take your reservation on time and keep the main entrances and escape routes clear.

How can I cancel my reservation?

Cancellations are generally only possible in writing.
In the event of cancellation, please send us an e-mail to: reservation (( _at_ )) festhalle-bayernland.de .

If the reservation is reduced or canceled in full, 20 % of the amount will be retained as a processing fee. Cancellations after the start of the festival are subject to the full charge. In the event of force majeure during the event (terror, war or war-like conditions, storms, epidemics, pandemics), no refund will be made.

Further claims against H.u.P. Schöniger GmbH are excluded in this case.

What do I do with the unused stamps?

The tokens are valid for the entire Festhalle Bayernland marquee season. On the back of the tokens you will find the individual venues for the 2025 season. You can redeem the tokens at all events.

The stamps are not valid at the Munich Oktoberfest.

Why does it take so long until I receive the confirmation e-mail?

Guests who book via a "t-online" e-mail address may experience technical problems. Simply contact us by telephone on 0172 / 8530771 - we will be happy to help you.

Can I bring my own food and drink into the tent?

No, food and drinks you have brought with you cannot be consumed in the marquee.
